My diary's looking kinda full right now.

Really not a weird Q by MFP standards, I'd give it a 2.5 where 1 is "Not weird" and 10 is "Can I put on weight by smelling food".
-
Checked out the sex tape.

There was a great MFP blog about this - you guys DO read the blog right, it's got some great stuff. "How the Sugar Industry Manipulated Science": http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/sugar-industry-manipulated-science/

Walking's great, it's my favourite thing to do outdoors.
-
hahahaha "some weird revolving credit instrument" - some people have put WAY more thought into this than me.

* Sugar-free jelly (that's jello to our american cousins) * 3L water/ day * walking around the block when I leave my desk to have a vape

I'm afraid of other people's but my own smell quite good (to me).

Well done for going through a whole 3 pages without any mention of Ba*a*a Girl, and her implicit derailing of threads whenever her name is mentioned. Those people seem to have gone quiet recently, thank goodness.

I'm diabetic :/ so I'm 30%C, 35%F, 35%P - just came up with it myself and generally tend to go under C and over F. Hitting P is the only bit I have to concentrate on and requires whey shakes/ protein bars.

Thanks for all your replies! I realise it's a blindingly obvious analogy but I came up with it when my sister accused MFP of being 'intrusive'! When I explained it in these terms she came to what can only be described as an understanding. Now let me address the individual points raised:* "Is building muscle like an ISA? "…

Here to help, ma'am.

Always remember to eat LESS than 400 at once though, guys: http://metro.co.uk/2015/09/12/how-many-bananas-would-you-have-to-eat-to-kill-you-5388867/ That catches a lot of people out.
-
awesome, thanks, I love collecting these things.

How many calories is your jawbone giving you, say for a mile's walking? I keep pointing people to this article which changed my relationship with exercise calculators/ trackers which are all wrong, wrong, wrong: http://www.runnersworld.com/peak-performance/running-v-walking-how-many-calories-will-you-burn

That is a VERY impressive list! I was waiting for a Weight Watcher to chime in. I can understand the group sessions and that probably helps (not wanting to let other people down) but they're literally buying food because it has points on it! (I think). 87lbs is AH-MAY-ZING.

Is the follow-up to this thread 'What is preventing you from _______'?
-
hah, a cashmere jumper was the first thing I bought! [Uniqlo] I was like GODDAMNIT I AM HAVING A GODDAMN CASHMERE SWEATER and bought it filled with righteous indignation.
-
TWENTY. FIVE. THOUSAND. what on earth did they have done?!
-
WOW @ No.5! that's enough over the course of a year to buy a new mattress.
-
Did you find your feet 'shrank' or was it mainly ankles/ calves? I swear my shoes feel looser.
-
thanks for the thread title anyways, finally got the name for my new band.

New kitchen man currently in the lead with negative-mattress lady in last place.

oh hang on, never thought of the other side of the ledger - how much have you saved!
-
there's...a really long acronym in there.
-
wait, has the OP said they're female?

what I do is manually edit the calories (that are synch from MapMyRun) and just halve it. Eating back calories is a hot topic on MFP, some do, some don't. I have a sedentary job and figure my daily 10K walk is not worthy of logging/ eating back.
