Droppiedronken is made this summer. It's Dutch. Dronken means drunk and droppie is a name people can call each other, a bit like honey or something. It's not that well thought XD

I think it can really work. I'm not using bodyrock.tv, but liveexercise.com. I bought the bands and just started working out with them. It's like having a work out partner without having one. Well I guess everyone's different, but I think any videos will help you exercise will help you lose weight! Good luck everyone

Thanks for your reaction :) I think I just add some rice and pasta the next few days. But carbs are sugars, right? So if I don't need enough of it, it couldn't be that bad? Or could it? I'm sorry but I'm really not into all these carbs/protein/etc-things...
