Good for you!! I can totally relate to that. This week I ran on the treadmill for 40 minutes at 6.0 without stopping like I usually do and I felt great while doing it and very proud of myself afterwards. Keep up the good work:happy: :tongue:

Your body weight can fluctuate due to hormones and other things. Don't get discouraged because next week will probably show big numbers on the scale. Your body has to adjust occasionally to the new regimen you're putting it through. Stay the course and I know you will succeed!!!!:flowerforyou:
