  • try pea protein and u can get mega calories from whole grain pasta and add more fiber with fiber powder, it has 15 calories per teaspoon and u can eat lots of pasta and fiber powder

  • wow, you are absolutely right. I am finding that out right now as I reasearch this. You would think after taking anatomy and physiology, physics, and biology for 4 years on top of med school I would know this but unfortunately I don't.   • of course you can! I am not the best at dieting or whatever and if I can do it, im sure you can! Just stay focused, try to eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hrs and increase your protein and decrease the carbs all while staying under your caloric intake for the day. i learned that here, im so happy for this site. thanks a lot
  • add lots of fiber to your diet (fiber powder) anything Kashi makes works eat more protein (meat, chicken, fish) eat less bad carbs and more good carbs drink Green Tea eat citrus fruits as often as possible cut out the salt as much as u can black beans are WONDERFUL for weight loss

  • dont worry about the binge, I had one lastnight myself and ate 1200 calories in 10 minute!!!! but you know what, i just decided that every day is a new day to start over. Remember that 3500 calories equal a pound so get in that gym and BURN BURN BURN so that pound can not be gained. U can do it! keep the motivation!!

  • when I have binge episodes i just get on youtube with my laptop. watch videos as i sit on the exercise bike and before I know it, i have burned about 800 calories, or you can watch tv on the bike.
  • have you considered going to walmart and getting a tape measure? The scale is not as reliable as the inches you lose during weight loss. that could be your sodium intake so try taking a diuretic (over the counter kind) and see what that does for you.
