Hi Mirrim52, I've got to do pelvic floor exercises five times a day, until next app on 15/6. I've just ordered a yoga dvd so I'm doing something.

If talk to your doctor before doing sit ups/crunches. I recently had an appointment due to a weak pelvic floor problem. I was advised to do pelvic floor excerises, but told to stay away from sit ups, as when you do these you're actually pushing down on your pelvic floor, making it weaker.

Wow, how great to have done so well and what a treat to have a photo with Charlie Hunnam! I'm thinking that if I start being good again, maybe I'll meet him too! Lol, very unlikely , but one can dream!

Last year,our next door neighbour gave small sample tubes of toothpaste to the kids, to use after eating all the rubbish they'd collected whilst trick or treating! I thought that was a great idea, the kids weren't overly impressed though! You tube has loads of great ideas for scarey halloween faces. I cant make up my mind…
