week before my period and the WHOLE month before that, I dont lose anything and sometimes gain up to 1lbs. The day of my period I lose that pound plus like 3-4 more. The only reason I look forward to my period is because I know I can count on a loss. Its the only time really that I lose. :noway:

I made them but with just water and the pumpkin. No milk nor eggs. They baked perfectly and it came out super moist and only 86 calories per cupcake. I made a light cream cheese frosting for them too! The recipe I got was from Skinnytaste.com

all I wear is dresses and cowboy boots. I think its a pleasant look. Lots of people make fun of the boots but I just love them! So whats your logic?

YESSSSSSSSS same thing happens to me. I only lose 3 plus lbs when I work out 4-5 days a week. When I over do the workouts, I dont lose not even an ounce! So maybe we should not over do it and give our bodies some rest time :)

I wouldnt worry about it. Id probably eat 3 more today LOL! You didnt go over calories and you are aldready trim. No one gains 700lbs from eating pizza one night. Eat your normal foods today.

if you are on prednisone for asthma then yes! Prednisone increases the appetite that is why weight gain is one of the side affects.

I made the pumpkin cupcakes on this same site and they are delish! They come out extremly moist. So yummy with a dollop of lite whipped cream :)

Just have one low calorie junk a day till eventually you wont craze junk at all :) I love cakes and cookies and I eat them now but just lower calorie and even sugar free versions. It helps and sometimes I dont even crave it :)

yes you can. Or, (this is what I do) for a buttery flavor with NO calories, NO fat and NO sodium you can use I cant believe its not butter buttery spray. Its an actual spray on butter with none of the guilt. I boil my potatoes until they are just about soft them I spray the butter on them and sautee in a pan with mushrooms…
