He should keep the comments to himself. He can mentally say and think whatever but as respect twords the woman he is with (you) then those flirtatious comments shouldnt even happen and maybe you shouldnt either because maybe it makes him feel the same way and since you do it he probably thinks its ok to do.

I have tried the apple crips! YUMMY! I pop it in the microwave 30 seconds and dollop with lite whipped cream! Absolutly delish! :) I also eat lot of sugar free cakes. No sugar and half the calories :)

:sad: same crud happend to me this weekend. On friday I lost 1 pound. Saturday and sunday I started the 30 day shred and did some long cardio walks. I thought for sure another pound would be gone but I ended up gaining the pound I lost on Friday. So frustrating :sad: :cry:

It has all the equipment you need but their ways are kind of silly. Free Pizza every Monday night and no scales because they dont believe in weighing in. I go for cardio but if I had boku bucks then I would probably pic a more serious gym.

Night time is the most diffucult time for me :sad: Since I was little I have always been accustomed to cookies or cake and milk before bed. I just eat lower cal versions of what I like. Angel food cake, fiber one brownies, sugar free cakes and cookies are my best freinds at night and I am still losing :wink:

I use whey vanilla proteing in my bran muffins! I use Trader joes Desinger whey protein brand. Only 100 per scoop and no atrificial sweeteners. 18g of protein :)
