I have been raw since May 29th and feel like a million bucks. I have been dealing with serious health issues for years that are subsiding at an incredible rate. It is 100% sustainable not only that but you can thrive as long as you are doing it properly.

Hey Green team Hope all is well As I stated earlier I have been sick this week but today I managed to finish up with 135 squats, 135 push ups, and 135 crunches. I also went for a two hour walk today. Getting back to my old self. Hope being sick didn't hurt to much and I can bring some pounds loss to the team tomorrow.

I love chicken stir fry. You can change up the veggies so it is a different meal every time. I use chicken stock and soy sauce for my sauce on it. This one was chicken breast, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, onion, and zucchini

Not sure if I will get much in today. I am feelings worse then yesterday. I have a chest infection.

I have been sick as a dog but today I pushed myself and did 35 minutes of walking plus 35 push ups, 35 squats, and 35 crunches. I then added with lunges and bicycle crunches. I feel horrible but am so happy I was able to squeeze in a small workout.

This is exactly how I feel as well. You should actively be participating but if your body decides it does not want to lose for a couple weeks when you are actually trying and then being evicted on top of that would be like getting kicked while your down.

If there are going to be evictions I will be dropping out of the challenge and finding other ways to get the encouragement I am looking for. I need help in a positive way right now. If everyone decided to evict I will bow out gracefully no hard feelings.

I think we are all here to lose and support each other. MFP is about having that support system. I really do not think we should be kicking anyone off. It is a hard thing we are going through and if a person gets kicked off they will lose the drive they need to complete the challenge and hit there biggest loser goal. To be…
