i have lost weight a bunch of times and gained it all back because i never did it the healthy way. i have stretch marks all over my abdomen, it is not pretty to look at. Tanning made it better though, it's less obvious now but still present

Hey! you need to make your diary public in order for us to help you out, if you're netting below 1200 u can easily hit a plateau. i had a plateau a couple of months back where i was eating below 1200 then i upped my calories to 1200 and the weight came off then recently i had another plateau and i upped my cals to 1350 and…

it goes all over, i think i'm very proportional. i gain everywhere and lose everywhere

i lost 33 pounds in 100 days, i am set at 1200 calories by mfp and whenever i workout even if i burn 1000 cal i eat all of it back. u should eat back ur exercise calories or else u'd have a hard time in maintenance later

i switched it for ppl that don't know the conversion from ft/in to cm. in the middle east we use cms. no need to be critical

i used to weigh in once a day.. but i started obsessing over every single change in my weight.. now i only weigh myself once a week.. i think it's best this way.

i'm 5'9 and i was looking smoking hot at 150 lbs years back.. if i hit 150 i might aim for 145 but that's it.
