I agree 100% - I love them and check the site all the time for new ones for inspiration.

Ditto that - you look 10 years younger in the after photo, but i'd put you in early thirties at the most. Congratulations on your amazing success!

Noooooooooooooooooooo - don't you dare

me too

You've inspired me regarding the stairs. I pay out a small fortune each month on a PT but take the elevator at work. Stupid really and I should have thought of it myself, lol Good luck!

187 today - aiming for 177 which will get me sooooo close to 100lbs lost :-) I've been 187 for a few weeks now so time to break that plateau! Good luck everyone.

My PT is always telling me you're got to lift weight if you want to shift weight :-)

I'm going to try to cut out all the sugary snacks that have been creeping back into my diet that I'm sure have been the cause of a month long plateau I've had. I'm also going to try mix up my long jobs with some speedier short runs. Best of luck to us all.

I'm in. I've been plateauing for weeks and weeks now and 10lbs loss before Christmas would be awesome!

I've been doing squats regularly now since February this year. I was 171cm tall when I started and I'm still 171cm tall so I wouldn't worry too much

I usually just log my strength training as circuit training under cardio.

I'm hooked on squash soup at the moment. I add a chopped up rasher of grilled (lean of course) crispy bacon and some pumpkin seeds to the top just to add some bite. Delicious!

congratulations - you look fantastic! Inspirational :-)

 thanks

well done and congratulations - it's hard to convey how impressed I am by your amazing transformation. Thank you for sharing your photos. I am also trying to lose a significant amount of weight and loose skin is a big fear so it's a huge relief to see how amazing you look now. I couldn't see any loose skin in your photos.…

Evening time seems to be my downfall too and I think it's possibly because I've learned to associate relaxing with eating 'goodies'. Distraction techniques seem to work best for me - keeping busy preparing lunch to bring to work next day, doing a few bits around the house, painting my toe nails etc. I often resort to a can…

wow - what an amazing transformation. You look fantastic and are an inspiration!

I've lost 5 stone and am age 35 so quite similar to you. The only place I seem to have problem skin is the tricep area but I'm hoping that with continuing strength work the muscle will pull it in. Even then, it's not really that bad and my arms look 100 times better than they did 5 stone ago. Good that you are losing the…

What an inspiration! What's also nice to see is how much higher you are holding your head in your 'after' pictures. Well done!
-
well done! I'm also finding it hard to get it into my head that I'm not smaller too and keep walking past shops that I could never shop in before. Are you also finding that now you aren't restricted to just buying what fits that you don't really know what you like? I wonder when our brains will catch up with our bodies??…

you've lost loads of weight so why not try on some clothes that used to be too tight and marvel at the difference. Go through your wardrobe and get rid of things that are now too big. Just do anything to distract yourself and then reward yourself (without food) for getting past the craving. It's so hard but distraction is…

Hi folks Please feel free to add me. I'm about 3/4 of the way through my weightloss journey and know how hard it is ...AND how rewarding it is. Happy to support you all. N x

Have you tried eating more during the day? Perhaps you are just hungry from not eating enough. If I lived on the 1200 calories MFP recommends for me, I'd be starving all the time so I eat more than this and I'm doing quite well with weight loss (down 70lbs in 5 months) For me, night time eating was a bad habit I fell into.…

well done! You look fantastic. You can see from your posture in the different photos how differently you now feel about yourself. Inspiring :-)

I also started at 274 and my goal is to lose exactly 100lbs. Eating a diet high in lean protein and low in carbs alongside a mix of strength and cardio training (with a personal trainer) has meant I've been able to lose the first half quite quickly. Second 50lbs feels like it's going to be a lot harder and the weightloss…

I used to drink protein shakes (herbalife) and found that if I made them up with soya milk instead of cow's milk that my tummy was a lot happier.
