Yes, I guess people are concerned and I think the reason I react so badly to any suggestion that I'm overdoing it is that I'm so happy with the transformation I've made so far and don't want to stop. I feel so good and for the first time in years, happy that I'm taking control. Hope the socket gets better soon :-)
