I have the fbit charge. I love it i find i am more active with it since all my stats are on my wrist. I now get my 10,000 steps a day

Oh the exercise part is also getting me. I so want to do it. It's just finding the time. I guess i need to stop making excuses and just do it I also log good bad and ugly. I feel it's the only way to know what is working

Mine is open too. I try to stay around 1200 but there are days like Sunday I just needed more, this usually happens around full moon time I crave chocolate.

What I have been practicing lately is eating around 200 calories less then what I need to maintain my goal weight. My calories to maintain my goal is. 1750 to 1800 per day. So I eat right now 1500 to 1600 calories a day there are those days I will eat less but not to often and I do not eat back my workout calories. So far…

What ticks me off about losing weight? That I have to lose weight again!!! I was at my goal I found myself in a bad relationship so I ate. I am a stress eater! That losing weight in your 40's isn't easy as in your 30's. those are the big ones for me. or all I can think of right now :)

Emotional eating yeah I know this well. I too have been off and on using MFP. I can no longer just sit by and say tomorrow. I need to get up and just do it.
