Well I'm 100 lbs lighter than you are, a woman, 46 years old and 5'8" - and I lose while eating 1800-2000 cals a day, so I'm going to guess that you should probably be eating more.0

An open diary would help.0

If your logging is accurate, your diet, sodium, and exercise regimen have been consistent for the past 14 days, and you have not lost any weight, then not only are you eating enough but you may be eating too much. Weight loss as you know comes from a calorie deficit, so if you're stalled, it's possible you're eating more than you think (which goes back to "IF your logging is accurate").0

I have made my diary public now, I would say that I am 80- 90 % accurate with the logging but I don't entr my exercise MFP says I should consume 1950 calories a week to loose 2 lb a week and I said I'm lightly active so that said if I burn say 500 calories a day at the gym then I would be at 2450 cals a day to loose 2# a week so I'm 1000 calories under so that is why I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough0

What I have been practicing lately is eating around 200 calories less then what I need to maintain my goal weight. My calories to maintain my goal is. 1750 to 1800 per day. So I eat right now 1500 to 1600 calories a day there are those days I will eat less but not to often and I do not eat back my workout calories. So far I have been losing. You do need to be honest with tracking I track every food and drink (except water) that goes into my body.0

80% accuracy is not being accurate.
You aren't weighing your food yet you use weighed entries.
Using generic recipes
You are not eating to your goal every day, and creating an even larger unnecessary deficit.
At 30lbs to lose you should not be aiming for 2lb/week. 1lb/week? Yes. Stop not listening to the goals MFP sets for you unless you are overriding with your own TDEE numbers based on external calculator estimates and/or your own accumulated data.
