  • Hi Jim, Once you start logging every day, it becomes easier, fun and exciting! Great sense of achievement and makes you want to stay "unlazy" :) Make a goal to start with a week of logging in, following through on calories as a start, and take it from there. Joining was a good start....so keep going! Tracey
