Well, where to start! I have 35lbs to loose after gaining it in about 1 1/2yr.... much harder to loose!
I fill out my food intake and am working with a dietitian who pout me on 1200 cal a day to loose 2 pounds a week, needless to say, 1200 cal??? My wine consumption alone ( I am French
consist of one meal! I am currently hovering around 1400cal a day but don't want to give up my wine!
Any tricks and/or suggestions for satisfying meals (i don't eat sweets, or fruit really - other than the grape in the wine - but I loooove veggies!
so far in about 5 weeks, I have lost 5-6 pounds.... not so encouraging...

Exercise is the key! If you want to continue drinking wine and not changing your eating habits too much, exercise. That way you can "eat or drink" back your calories meaning that glass of wine would be okay. Keep eating your veggies! I love them too
Your more than welcome to add for support! Keep up the good work. You are loosing around a lb a week it seems and that is GREAT! Stay strong!!

Is exercise an option to keep the wine and get the weight off? For eg, I know the wine I drink is 266 calories a glass and I am on 1200 calories a day. But I burn 500 callories a day to make room for wine, or eat a little less.. Can't have your cake....or in your case..wine... and eat/ drink it too

looks like i can't get away from it lol! The worst thing is I used to go to the gym, 3 times a week for 1h30, with a trainer - but life caught up and I don't have the motivation.... even my upcoming Trip to Cuba isn't doing it!
I think i will invest in a treadmill.....0
