  • I make my own using equal parts of olive oil and lemon juice (usually 1 tbsp of each). It's light and refreshing (I am not huge on heavy dressings...) and tastes great with a greek salad. Salsa is also great if you have a southwestern-style salad (black beans, corn, etc).
