It should be gone in a day or two it's just so uncomfortable to feel swollen ๐

Yea don't cut that stuff out if you don't have will power you are more likely to binge if you do. Have you tried a veggie pasta? I love zucchini spirals and usually eat that when I want pasta. Sometimes I eat the pasta but the portion size is alot smaller and I love food so I usually opt for zucchini

Honey you can eat whatever you want as long as it fits in your calorie goal. When I first started MFP I wanted someone to tell me what to eat. We won't always be there to tell you yes and no. I weigh my food on a food scale. When I first started I just kind of guessed. Some items I just use the barcode scanner for like if I'm at work etc
