Boston seriously looks like a war zone. I can't believe it. All those runners, doing something incredible and all of a sudden this devastating thing happens and people are dying and there are wounded left and right. I can't imagine how they all must feel right now. Definitely praying for the runners, the wounded, the…

I log them both as circuit training. It seems to be pretty close to what my HRM tells me I burned.

Look up New Rules of Lifting for Women on Amazon, it is a great book and has an awesome lifting program in there for women.

I wait at least an hour but if my meal was heavy then I wait two.

I think women with well defined muscles are sexy. I want to be ripped.

Oh, I totally agree. They get a wide variety of foods, sweets included. We don't buy anything with HFCS, MSG, or stuff loaded with crap though.

Doesn't sound like you are eating enough.

I use either Coffemate natural bliss (milk, cream, sugar, vanilla) or Darigold natural vanilla creamer (four ingredients as well). I've gone from 32 oz of java and 6 tbsp of creamer to 16 oz of java with 3 tbsp of creamer. I tried to find subs that were lower calorie but nothing beat my vanilla creamer and Seattle's Best.

What I eat now! I refuse to gain back the 40# I worked my butt off to lose. I can live without burgers and fries. I can't live the kind of life I want while eating foods like that.

That behind looks amazing so kick that scale to the curb. You look great!

You look great! Awesome job!!

I started walking on a treadmill, then I added circuit training, then I just started running. I could only go a block before dying at first...no joke! I can run 3 miles without stopping now. I don't know that I could have started running in the beginning of my fitness journey, I probably would have ended up so discouraged…

I have had 5 pregnancies, the last set being twins and the very last baby was taken via c-section. I had 60 pounds (including pregnancy weight) to lose after my twins. I was around 200# when I had them and now weight between 135-140#. Here was my tummy a few months after the section: Here is my stomach currently:

I am 5'7 3/4" and my first pic I weighed around 160, second is around 140#. I actually started around 180 but I don't have any pictures of me then. Oh and I have given birth to six babies, the last being twins! I am currently doing Body Revolution with 5, 10, and 15# weights and I try to run every other day. I love running…

What about Jillian Michael's Body Revolution? They are 30 minute workouts that get progressively harder. I am on week 9 and am loving it so far.

You are adorable and you look awesome! Great job! You should be very proud of yourself!

I am very similar as well, very bony up top but I have thighs and a booty so it is very deceptive. I am also almost 5'8" and currently 137#. Just ignore them.

Are you netting 1100-1300 calories a day (after subtracting the cals you burn) or is that all you're eating? If that is all you're eating then it isn't enough. I'd shoot for 1500 at least and on the days where you are very active and working out, around 1700.

Lots of vitamins/supplements, working out in the morning vs night, talking to friends, snuggling babies, taking walks in the fresh air.

What is your diet like? Exercise only does so much, you have to be eating well too.
