Dumbbell single-arm overhead squat question...
What are your weights on this? I tried it with 20 and 10 and it was killing my lower back (which already hurt but it just made it worse). HIIT question
Will speed rope/ jump rope work as a HIIT workout? Or jumping jacks? I need something that I can do in my weight area because I can't leave (go run or bike), I am doing it at home with my kidlets running around.

In the book it says to alternate legs, starting on the non-dominant leg, and complete the reps on each leg for each set - 15 per set total or 30? Does that even make sense?

So, when you log the weight you used for the exercises that require dumbbells vs. the barbell do you put the total weight or just the weight of one dumbbell? I know, stupid question.
