I made "Turkey Meatloaf" tonight. Turned out great. Mix the below ingredients, bake at 350 for an hour or so till done. Top with reduced sugar ketchup when serving. I started day 7 of cycle 1 today and I am down 5 lbs. I have had a couple of small slip ups the last week but I am doing better. This was my first weekend which was challenging but I have almost made it!!

I don't oil the grill, I brush olive oil on what I am grilling, veggies, chicken, pork, steaks, what ever. So far I am loving my George Foreman grill. Maybe you set the heat too high or left it on too long. Play around with it and you will get it. Good luck.
