  • I'd stick with the 1790 calories per day, workout or non-workout day. 1300-1500 might be a little low for 6 days of working out. If you aren't feeding your body it will go into 'starvation mode' and not 'give up' anything. I'm a P90x'er and am eating 1800 cals per day. My workout schedule is very similar to yours, 3 days…

  • I'm doing P90x and usually do sneak something in on my 'rest' day. Something very light though. I'd say listen to your body, if you're exhausted take the day off. If you feel up to a little activity then go ahead and do it. Only you know how your body feels.
