I have major sugar cravings when I'm low on my daily protein. I'm only 5'1 but supposed to eat about 100g a day. Anytime I get "snackie or get cravings I eat 4% cottage cheese and a carmel rice cake. It helps me SO MUCH!

I increased my cals to 1500 yesterday and today I weighed myself and I lost 2 more pounds since yesterday. If I add breastfeeding then my TDEE is 1500. How much water are you drinking? If you are close to menstruating that can cause it!

Ok, I will add the 150. Yesterday she only nursed 2xs. Even with that though, you have to have a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound. Is this 4 pounds just water weight even though I'm drinking around 6-8 glasses a day? I'm just not understanding how I am losing so much so fast.

Well, Its been another 2 weeks and I came in at- 24% Body fat (2% loss). I weigh 123.2 (.8 lost,) which translates to losing 2.64#'s fat and gaining 1.8#'s muscle. I also lost 2 inches overall in the 2 week period. Is my loss going to start slowing down a lot or should I consistently lose around 2% body fat every 2 weeks?

Here are my numbers for those wondering... I lost 1/2 pound on the scale BUT I Lost 4 pounds of fat and ADDED 3.5 pounds of muscle... (which explains only seeing a 1/2 pound lost).

I haven't noticed a difference in how my clothing fits but then again... I wear pants with waistbands that have a "stretch" to them (not true denim jeans). I agree that you aren't eating enough. I would also cut out the coffee... Water works wonders! I have 3 kids under 2.5 my youngest is 3 months...
