My weight loss has slowed down a lot, lots of people I know are losing 2lbs a week and not eating great or being consistent. It's really easy to be frustrated and discouraged with slow weight loss. I'd try and focus on your NSV's they mean a lot when the scale isn't moving very much! :)

It looks like I'm always over my sugar intake as well by eating fruit. Fruit is good for you and tasty! :) I don't have a medical reason to track sugar either so I don't tend to look at it. :)

I workout at night, and haven't had a problem sleeping at all. :) If it's the only time you can workout, then do what's right for you. :)

I like making oven baked fries. :D Putting lots of cayenne pepper and peri-spice on it. :D But if you really don't like it, you could always save your calories for something you do like. :)

My legs have always been stronger with lots of hiking when I was in school, but since weight training, my arms have got better. :) I wouldn't say they are the weakest anymore, I'd say it's more my shoulders. :)

Yep! I've only kept one pair of bigger jeans, but that's for when I'm painting/gardening, I don't want brand new jeans for doing stuff like that. :D The rest I've got rid of. :)
