I agree with everything!! Especially the nudity in the locker room. I get that it's unavoidable when you're changing, but c'mon, must you blow dry your hair topless? I mean, is that really necessary?? Oh, and if you're going to sit on the bench butt naked, PUT A TOWEL DOWN FIRST. Gross beyond belief.

Nothing keeps me more motivated to eat healthy than exercise. Even if you have a full day of crappy food, just FORCE yourself to the gym and sweat on the elliptical for 30 minutes. Get through that and you'll feel a renewed sense of direction. Then start to go in the mornings. That will help keep you eating more healthy…

So this is EXACTLY what I mean! OK I thought I was crazy. Yes, it's like you can hit a weight gain plateau. But you're right, you feel like total *kitten*. You actually like stop craving foods bc you're constantly eating.

Since you're bringing this to your mom's house as a formal dessert, put the apple slices in a beautiful way in a pie dish, the same way you'd put them in a real pie. Then just add cinnamon sprinkled and you can even crush up some walnuts and sprinkle them around. It'll look gorgeous and be totally clean :)

Wow this is incredibly helpful. I knew it was too good to be true to burn 600 calories in an hour. Luckily I've tried to eat under my daily calorie goal (without eating back exercise calories), so I've been losing weight. BUT the weight loss has been pretty slow and I can see this adjustment really kicking it up faster!
