I've read a ton about calorie discrepancies on elliptical machines as well as My Fitness Pal. I read one blog on here that said to reduce the machine readout by 40% (which seemed pretty high!). Looking into Pilates with the machine to get more toned and lean. But it's pretty expensive. Anyone try it and has it worked? How long until you notice a change (so I can gauge what package to test). Thanks!
