Frustrating, but there may be a few things happening. The scale may not be showing a shuffle between fat lost (good!) to muscle gained (even better!), hence the number is not budging. As for food…my advise is to avoid processed foods as much as possible. They are just loaded with too much sodium and chemicals that the body…

You were right!!!! The scale was just messing with me. All normal again :-) I think a high sodium dinner the night prior, plus whatever hormones were flaring at the time I stepped on the scale were the probably culprits.

Always can count dancing as exercise and it sounds like you had fun! Just pull back a bit today to counter balance the additional calories today---and just a little. Cuz that dancing was great for you!
