Told myself whatever calories I would have left, I was allowed to spend after baking. I decide to check MFP to see what my status is. I have 420 calories left. Win!

I weigh myself every day. What I do is, I record when the weight has gone down, but not if it has gone up, except when I gained big, like 1 kg day. The next days I will continue weighing myself and I wait till the gain is gone and start going down again, and that's when I'll start logging my weight again. The reason I do…

I've always eaten healthily, but portion control is my biggest foe. Watching tv with my bf, I could easily down 3 big glasses of fruit juice and an entire bag of cashews and maybe a banana too, I had no clue.

Slice thinly (in length), put in a container of salty water and let it sit there for half an hour, drain, use it instead of lasagna noodles to make a healthy Low Carb veggie lasagna :)

I also go over my sugar limit every day since a big glass of fresh orangejuice is already too much. Yeah well. Too bad. I don't eat any added sugars and I think 30 grams out of fruit is a lot healthier than 30 gr of sugar from candybars.
