  • Have you switched up your exercise routines? Sometimes your body gets used to the way your going and you need to switch things up. I have heard (don't know if it works) to take a day or two break and then start a new work out routine and diet plan. Hope you find something to help because I know how discouraging not loosing…
  • My boyfriend was the same way one night when I made this last summer. NOW he loves them and he is actually surprised he does. I some times add a little fresh spinach to mine to give me a little more of something or just have the portabella with out the bun. This is a great recipe to spice up and put your own twist on.
  • I have the same problem!!! I am interested to see what anyone says. I feel like all I do all day is drink water and it does nothing for me. I have even tried the drinking water 30 minutes before a meal and I am still starving.

  • My suggestion is to enjoy yourself. If possible watch what you eat for breakfast and lunch and try to make them healthy choices so at dinner and whatever you can indulge and enjoy yourself. I have been to an all inclusive and they always have amazing food. Just do the little things you have learned but enjoy yourself.…
  • You could have toned up and gained some nice lean muscle. You have to look at it this way as long as you like what you see in the mirror the number is just a number.

  • WOW! am I glad I am not the only one. I sat on the couch last night and wouldn't let myself move because I wanted chocolate soooo bad. My boyfriend thought I was crazy. I knew if I let myself have even just a little bit I would indulge completely. Does anyone have some good low cal and healthy chocolate ideas?

  • I love my coffee but my flavored creamer is really putting me over some days. Does any one have any suggestions that might reduce my calories but still give me what I need? I'm not too big on black coffee either. Thanks
