I was eating 1200 calories a day and just yesterday found out about TDEE and BMR. When I calculated mine it said to eat 1533, I'm gonna give it a try for two weeks and see what happens, good luck!

I'm 5'7" and SW:184 CW:169lbs and GW:140ish. I'm doing p90x and jogging about 3 times a week. I've set goals of being at 154 by Christmas and 140 by thw middle of February. I haven't worked out in 2 weeks so I could use some motivation and support too!

Get the app if you have a smart phone. Plan your day ahead of time. If I'm lying in bed and can't sleep I get on my phone and plan my meals for the next day. I see how many carbs, fat, sodium ahead of time before I eat it and can edit portion sizes to stay on track. For me it works better than eating something then logging…

How many calories are you trying to eat in a day? Are you exercising? And if so, are you eating your calories back? I've been wondering the same thing! I've been putting in what the treadmill says, but lately thought I would log the average betwen my treadmill and what mfp says. It's usually a 100-150 calorie difference for me.

If you like eggs try taking a muffin/cupcake tin and lining each one w/ a slice of ham or turkey. Then put an egg in each one, add cheese and seasoning and bake. If you are doing a whole dozen sligtly undercook them so when you re-heat them they don't overcook and get rubbery. This would be a great grab and go breakfast.
