I eat a LOT of eggs. They are my go-to for breakfast. Usually 1-2 whole eggs a morning, or 1 whole egg and a couple of egg whites with a little cheese or veggies. I just had my physical this week and there is no indication in my blood work that eggs are detrimental to my health. So be it...I will continue my path :-)

root canal! BLEH

How does one even start this cycle of cutting and bulking? I lift regularly (decently heavy) with cardio peppered in just because it's ingrained in me. I cannot lose weight very easily, but do see muscle tone and enjoy lifting and the changes its made externally. Would love to see more muscle tone with less body fat, but…

I do it myself because I'm thrifty and it's a good workout! :-). Would rather have the cash to do other fun things. I have a decently small front and back yard and it takes me about 45 minutes to do (including edging). If there is a need to weed - an extra 45 minutes or so (every other week).

Cursing while lifting, in between lifting, etc...just because. F-Bomb's not necessary.

I didn't read above, but here is what I do, which is easy peasy and requires little 'watching'. - Pound chicken breast to tenderize/flatten to roughly 1/4" and season as preferred. - Put skillet on med-high with a little bit of oil to coat pan - Place chicken in pan (once hot and coated) - allow chicken to sit on skillet…

Good thing! Just hoping the person who lives in the apartment now doesn't use it :-)

$46.00, but we just bought a house and forgot to change our address until today - thank for the reminder! Hopefully they will reissue the check to us!

BLEH to both.

Hubby away for work all month, which means I get better at healthy cooking, keeping processed food out of house, and better at working out religiously to take the 'down time' up. I'm in for 5 LBS, as I am trying to gain muscle while losing fat. March start weight = 140 LBS. March goal weight = 135 LBS. March 1- 140 March 8…

I lived in Rome for 4 months, never counted a calorie and enjoyed all the food and came back 15 lbs. lighter due to the massive amounts of walking I did. Enjoy your vacation and no worries about the food. Pretty sure gelato was an almost daily occurrence for me ha!

I'll be 35 in 11 days, so I'd like this year to be my fittest yet! Goals: Run 50-60 miles this month. Weight: Don't obsess over the scale (I weight train and do cardio), but lose 2 lbs. before 35th birthday!

Totally...it happens to the best of us :-) I have tripped and fallen at least two times.

Brooks for my wide feet. Try them out at a running store first!

My husband works in the city, I frequent it often and have multiple friends who live there and go to brunch in the city every couple of weeks...travelling alone most of the time. Sure, I may be 'used' to the city, but I am honestly in awe of some of the comments in this thread. Sure, NYC is expensive...but you should have…

I confess that I count my coworkers calories. She is overweight, has a personal trainer who keeps telling her to stop gaining weight. She then says she's 'eating clean', however just had a drink with 65 grams of sugar in it....and usually has my caloric intake in two meals, easily. BUTTT she's always talking about going to…

@lexbubbles TRUTH! Back down to 140 today. The once a week thing does skew things.

Thanks @mallygirl420. Appreciate it! I agree with the building muscle thing. Back down to 140 today. I think I was a bit bloated due to some extra sodium and carbs ad possibly overkill on fiber HA! I do tend to follow macros (more loose than spot on). 1200 Calories plus 1/2 workout calories MAY work, but typically follow…

@Ruatine - bagged popcorn is actually very different than air popped kernels because of the ingredients, as well as the bag's ingredients that you are popping the corn in. There are a lot of articles online about it. Of course, you can't trust everything online, but I'd rather err on the side of caution and follow more…
