I had similar issues with finding time to workout (or so that's what I told myself) but once I cut out 30 minutes I realized it's not that difficult. I love chips, find chips low in calories or buy Baked Chips or Pita chips. And if you love chips so much try to eat only 1/2 sandwich, eat the chips and an apple. I replace my chips with Sugar Snap peas (raw) sometimes also. Good Luck!

Thank you, I'll look into that and try to keep it at 1 lb per week and not be too aggressive. I am keeping a very accurate account of my food so when I snack and I see it's 140-150 calorie increase and I think, "great! I haven't even had lunch!!"
