I'm not in Induction anymore but follow Atkins as much as I can. I've lost approximately 20 pounds WITH Atkins versus counting calories. Feel free to add me.

I use Flat-Out flatbread (instead of tortillas) at 100 calories and 7-8g net carbs (minus fiber) they are amazing.

I once made a paleo oatmeal with egg whites, banana and flax meal. Sort of like this . http://fitting-it-all-in.com/i-tried-it-oatless-oatmeal/, or muffins in a minute a.k.a. MIM's can be very satisfying.

I lost 20 pounds on just dietary changes. I "exercise" by dealing with my two small kids, baths, play and walks. Now that I've lost a total of 35 pounds I need to exercies to lose the other 20 because my body is too happy at this weight.

I started my kids on Organic Eggs/Milk and Beef when they were very young. I now struggle with finding "fast" food that has organic products but they don't seem to mind any healthy foods. I never give my kids the option and they eat what I serve.

I prefer Atkins over counting calories. I find with Atkins you stay full and satisfied and you still lose weight. I've been on Atkins since June of last year and lost a total of 20 pounds. If you're ready for a LONG commitment then I recommend starting

Spaghetti Sqaush is interesting. It's a huge yellow sqaush that you cut open and place in the oven for 45-50 minutes. I worry about this myself. How to maintain? I find that, although I love the low carb lifestyle, there are days when I believe it's unsustainable. I am at that point now where I'm not losing because of recent carb binging.
