Lacking Motivation - 20 pound gain

Atkins All Purpose Baking Mix

Stalling on Atkins
I've lost 7.5 pounds on Atkins since starting it on 6/25. I am at a complete stall. Got on the scale and still only 7.5 pounds. I'm getting frustrated that it's been 4 weeks and still the same. I'm on induction, 20-25 net carbs per day (except this weekend I went a little buck wild) Any suggestions?!!

Bars and shakes?
For those of you who have completed Phase 1, what is your take on the Atkins bars/shakes including endulge bars? Should I or shouldn't I? I'm on day 2 of induction I lost 1 pound so far but I crave the sweet and the endulge bars and the vanilla shakes are yummy. Your feedback would be appreciated :happy:

I find myself snacking consistently during the day and as a result it increases my caloric intake. My calories should not exceed 1,200 for a two pound weight loss per week however for the past two or three days I've gone up to 1,550, I do exercise so I'm given "extra" calories for exercising but I want to stay at the 1,200…
