I'm craving some type of bread or pancake (and I don't care to use flax meal) has anyone tried? Any good? I haven't tried Almond Flour to bake so what would you recommend?

    I just bought some CarbQuik (LC version of Bisquick) cause I've been wanting pancakes too and the cream cheese pancakes are too crepe like for me. Trying it Saturday and will let ya know unless someone else reports on it first :-)

    PS my almond flour attempts were too dry tasting, maybe more butter or oil was needed
