I tried to take very small portions of everything that I liked when I filled my plate rather than get heaping amounts.....and go back for more of the stuff I couldn't fit on the plate. This doesn't bother me anywhere near as much as the people who pull away and leave their shopping cart right smack dab in the middle of a parking spot instead of walking 30 feet (most of the time) to put it in one of those cart racks. THAT is the absolute epitome of lazy in my opinion.

What I like about it is that you can get a decent workout in without it being too time consuming. There are workouts that would probably gain results a little quicker but more often then not, you need an hour's time to do them. ^^^This^^^ I wouldn't worry too much about sugar from fruit. It will definitely cause you to go WAY over everyday on here but if that's where most of your sugar comes from you're doing good.
