Forrest Gump - The first and ONLY movie that I've ever gone to see twice. Went with the same friend both times too. We found ourselves laughing at things the second time around that others around us weren't because we hadn't caught the humor the first time we saw the scene. That movie is an absolute masterpiece.

YES! I'll second this. Love that girl!

I try to save the Reese's, Mounds, Peppermint patties, and 3 Musketeers to give to the babies and really young children with no teeth. The much too old teenagers that don't even try to dress up get all the old Jolly Ranchers in my kitchen drawer I can find and the suckers the charity organizations sell that I find in my…

I go to the Dollar Store and spend $10-15 on those snack size candy bars. You get 8-10 of them in a package for a dollar. That's usually more than enough even if I give two candy bars to each kid. One year I didn't have anyone at my door for the whole last half hour for trick or treating and had probably 20 still left.…

Another update.... I went to my pro shop guy that I know really well and ordered a new ball. While I was there, I had him resize my hand and the finger holes for all my bowling balls were 3 sizes too big. I have been squeezing the ball just to keep it under control but never realized that that was what was causing the pain…

Thanks for the input everyone! I've been doing better and my average is up around 190 now. My timing is starting to feel right again although still have my moments. Another factor was that the lane guy had been oiling the lane with a "modified Shark PBA pattern" for the first half our league season and they explained that…

I'll second that. Good choice! How did I forget that one in my list?

THANKS everyone! @Nikki - 160 was my original goal weight when I first signed up here this past February but it was just a number I thought of really. It has been a very gradual weight loss, which I believe will be a good thing for me in the long run. I don't see any reason to stop right here though. 150-155 would be…

I had to work until 9:00 so the only way I could celebrate the date was to get a 12" sub from Subway. I had the Subway Club.

Sorry.....at least your team has been to the Super Bowl. I'm a LIONS fan. One stinkin playoff game victory since 1957......AND counting.

BINGO! Add "Grandma got run over..." and "12 Days of Christmas" (by anyone other than The Muppets) and my list would be complete.

I am from a small town in Michigan. Growing up, my family always went to Christmas Eve Mass (we are Catholic) and afterwards we had a huge dinner with everyone from my Mom's side. She was one of 8 children in her family so there were many aunts, uncles and cousins to be with along with my Grandmother. Once we got home, we…

I guess that's what has me confused the most. My balance has improved quite a bit. I used to fall out of a lot of shots at the line and now it seems like I don't have that issue as much. Something just seems out of sync once I get to the line.

"Oh Snap!" "Hubby" "Ya know what I'm talkin about?" I just "seen" him today. All of these would drive me crazy if I were to let them.

I used to work in a restaurant in high school and I cut holes for my arms and head in a burlap potato sack. I wore that a couple years in a row over a black hoodie and threw on a glow in the dark "Jason" mask. We were running a haunted house so in the dark it actually didn't look too bad but yeah that was a pretty lazy…

I realize this thread was from the springtime but I have stayed at D.H Day State Park in Glen Arbor before. It's just a few minutes away from Sleeping Bear Dunes and the campground itself is only about 100 yards from Lake Michigan. I had blast up there with some friends a few years ago.

I can see why you get the compliments. You look incredible!

Wow.....Speaking of cute and adorable ;-)

My neighbors down the street found out a few years after they moved in that the house belonged to a man who killed himself in the basement with a shotgun in the mid 70's. They had strange things like hearing a glass shatter in the kitchen only to walk in and see a glass that had been on the counter, sitting in the middle…
