ie personally had to find an amount what was right for me.....i was eating under 900cals when i 1st started but have discovered a variation of high (1200 cals) and low (1000cals) days works for me and helps my weight loss.....i'd do what one of the above posts says eat what cals MFP has set for you plus ur exercise cals…

i just buy plain, i weigh out 27g add 200mls of water, cook it in the microwave, then add 20mls of whole milk, 0.5 teaspoon of nutmeg and cinnamon and 1 tea spoon of sugar and its only 136cals and its very filling

i also make my own 'McDonalds' bagels with a weight watchers bagel, 2 eggs scrambled (but kindda cooked half way between scrambled egg and a omelette so it all holds together) and a low fat cheese slice which is 381cals but if im eating really healthy throughout the day i allow myself one xx

i buy weight watchers bagels.....a typical New York Bagel co bagel has 253 cals....1g fat......45g of carbs a weight watchers bagel has........150 cals.....1g fat.......34g carbs

on Jillians Facebook page she said each level burns around 200cals.....i personally log it as low aerobics (117cals) coz dont want to think im burning more cals than i am lets say the only excersise you do is 30DS and you log it as say 280 cals burned if you eat back your cals, your going to be going over ur daily…

i love vegtable stir fry, i throw anything and everything in mine! i also make homemade vegtable curry....i add potatos, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, courgette and aubergine, mushrooms and onions xx both are very easy to make 1 portion.....my family wont eat what i eat so i always make 1 small portion for me!
