There is jumping in it but like the other person said you only do short sets of each circuit the jumping only lasts for 2 mins in total (after doing 4sets of 30 seconds) and you do it once in the warm up, once at the beginning and once at the end but you can jump quite softly x

tesco's do a 'salad cheese' basically feta but it is mega low in calories compared to cheese think it only has around 40 cals for 30g but when its crumbled up that is more than enough.
