yes i get tested as my mum is diabetic, but if it was the start of diabetes it would be other way round my sugars would be mega high as i wouldnt have the insulin to break them down xx

think i agree with this, over last 3 weeks my meals have been all over the place....back on track from this week tho, coz prior to these 3 weeks it was always steady......i always give myself a 'day off' tho on a friday or saturday x

i personally do it on a morning before breakfast i have more energy then, i tried to do it on a evening and after seeing to 2 kids all day then housework etc i just couldnt be bothered!

i have BFBM (im in uk) and its a great workout, you also have the options to do choose which of the 7 circuits you want to do so if you dont have time for the full 50mins or find it hard you can choose a couple of circuits x

i started 30DS a while back got to day10 level 2 and had an injury and had to stop and never properly got back in to it, i also bought banish fat, boost metabalism so going to alternate it.....and get motivated again!

i got told the exact opposite to never have ur head on your chest and ive never suffered with neck pain, the best advice i can give it to ALWAYS stare at the ceiling, even when ur crunching stare right above you as best you can, and keep ur head OFF ur chest, it will strain the back of ur neck and after wards strech ur…

^^^^this i to did the shred a few weeks back and if you make sure ur bum is sticking well out you shouldnt have any pain......i personally didnt get any knee pain at all....she does say tho if your not doing it right it hurts ur knees.

i did the shred and had similar results im starting back doing it this week, the inch loss did slow down for me tho in level 2 xx
