I agree with everyone who says it is up to the individual. I weigh myself every day because for me, even the tiniest loss keeps me motivated AND if I make bad choices and the scale goes up, It helps me get back on track. But if it is discouraging to you, i agree that you should weigh once a week. Do what is right for you!…
everyone has the right idea....get good shoes (if you have a store near you that fits you based on your feet and how you run, its totally worth it) Also get good dry fit socks and spend the money to get a good bra! I also recommend running apps on your phone such as RunKeeper or C25k. Good luck!
