    As for the rest of your weight loss, you can't target where you lose weight but you can tone up those areas! For your legs, weighted (or not) lunges and squats are your new bestfriend. And they give you a great butt! :laugh:
    For your arms, try tricep extensions with dumbbells, bent over barbell row, bench press, push ups, etc!
    Have fun with it and try some yoga or pilates! They're fun ways to tone up your body! Like a strengthening yoga!
    Up your cardio, and tone it up!!
