    Good for you!! And I say the same as so many others. Keep working your muscles (weights, squats, etc), and as you lose body fat, your muscles will appear.

    Great job! Jillian michaels has a DVD I believe it is called "no more trouble zones" and it targets the areas people have the most difficulty working

    Great job!! So very inspiring! Like others have said, your smile is awesome, you really look so happy! For the trouble areas? I like circuit training, keeps your heart rate up to burn the fat but also works with weights and stuff to tone. I'm doing a Banish Fat Boost Metabolism/No More Trouble Zones combo along with a few other things to keep things fun.

    Do some arm weights, pushups, lunges for legs.. Any of the jm/bob harper dvds are fantastic.. my fav right now is fast fix.. kickboxing.. good for some toning forsure.. but its 20 min fast pace and fun.. :) Good luck and keep on going girl.. you can do it...

    I agree with those that say you can't 'spot' lose, but you can tone up the muscles in those areas. The squats/ lunges/ chair dips are great. Tricep kicks for the backs of the arms, too. The good ole push-ups are great, too; not just for the arms, but your whole core.
