I dont exercise on the first day, I use it as a scheduled rest day, not so much because of the cramps, although theres that, but because I simply feel totally drained and exhausted. The other days I can knuckle under and deal but not day1 :)

I'm not claiming I am not hungry, I am not hungry. On any day where I am hungry, I do eat more calories and then go back to the target the next day.

I have only just started using this site and had never heard of eating the exercise calories back before. MFP set my target at 1380 cals per day and I usually eat under 1300. Are you eating and drinking enough? If your calories are too low you will go into starvation mode, and if you arent drinking enough your body will hold onto water weight. I know you may have ruled these out already but thought it was worth repeating as that is what tends to make me hold on..

I have a bmi of 42 I am classed as morbidly obese. I am 237lbs so am aiming in the long term to lose 97 lbs and have lost 15 lbs prior to this target before joining this site. Feel free to add me as a friend if you think I can be of support.
