I think your calories depend on what your deficit is. I get 1200 a day if i don't exercise and i am trying to lose about 2 lbs a week. I usually eat about 1600 calories a day with exercise. If you are not exercising...you really shouldn't be losing much more than 1 lb a week and you have to cut 3500 calories a week to lose…

I think you might like turbo jam. Chalene is very motivational and you can start out with a 15 min workout to learn the moves, a 20 min workout, and then it moves up to 45 minutes when you are ready. The music is also really good for motivation.

Hi, i'm on my third week of p90x. I love it!! The yoga is really kicking my but though. I haven't lost much weight yet but i can see that i am much more toned already. I also do turbo jam. The music is really good.

You could be losing inches and not pounds. See how your clothes fit. That might make you feel a bit better. You also may need to add a few calories if you've been cutting back too much it could put you into starvation mode. If you are working out you can't be afraid to eat. Keep going.
