has anyone who was writing about jiggly fat had theirs firm up? I lost 65 pounds about 4 years ago and I still have jiggly love handle areas. I've had by body fat tested and I'm under 10%. I'm sure many of you know how self conscious loose skin/jiggly fat can be.

Outstanding article! I would recommend this a "must read". I'm a full body advocate most of the time but I agree there are some benefits to a split work out.

I'm know that BMI is a general scale, I'm simply posting the facts provided to me by the BMI scale in order to display one shouldn't judge their physiology based solely on the BMI scale.

I just looked at your profile, first you are 18 years old, second from what I can tell you are an ectomorph (extremely high metabolism) and third I'm guessing your goal is not lose weight. If you put those things together, then no, you are not crazy.

I'm sorry, 900 calories for a meal is crazy. I only eat like on my once a week pizza night after burning at least 900 calories in the gym. I eat on average 2300 calories a day (trying to add some muscle) and I don't even over 700 calories for breakfast. When I'm cutting I eat around 1800 calories a day averaging 300 to 350…

I think he was posting that about his own post calling himself a D-bag...

I found that since I took my time losing all the weight, if I slack off for a couple of weeks it isn't catastrophic.

I eat bananas everyday, especially before working out (good potassium). I used to eat 3 or 4 day and still lost 65 pounds.

It depends on my run, on a long slow run 160s, when I'm doing HIIT it alternates from 160 to 180+.

I love cable crunches and hanging leg extenstions

Mine was in 2010, I decided to try out for the Army 10 Miler team. I was expecting to run 4 to 5 miles because it was only a try out. After we were told the route, the grader said, "and that will be 10 miles". I was shocked as the furthest I had run was 7 or 8. Long story short I ended up running the 10 miles in about 80…

I think less than 18% is considered very low for women.

Yes, I alternate week to week 3 days or 4

I took some pictures, but I don't see how to add them to my post EDIT: Added profile pic.

I will post some pics when I get home from work. I would have to agree that the caliper test was off. I use a body fat scale at home that usually reads about 11 to 12.

I have to disagree on eating back your calories. I usually burn 1000 or more calories in the gym (according to my Polar FT7) and just last night I had cheat night, I ended up eating half a large pizza, drinking a german beer, and having half a pint of ben and jerry's for desert. After consuming all this on top of my normal…
