I'm loving this mini UK heatwave but my fingers are like chubby pork sausages so I definitely think I bloat in the sunshine I think as us in the UK do not have air con in our homes we do not tend to cool down much in heatwaves - there is no escape!!!

I allow myself 1 day a week where I relax the rules so that I can drink alcohol with no guilt I find that because I allow myself to do this I don't fall off the wagon because I don't feel bad about it. I have used these for years and out of the 2 mentioned favour the olive oil one as the taste seems much nicer My absolute favourite is the butter one though, makes baked mushrooms so scrummy ... can only find this in the huge Tesco stores though and I rarely get down to one

I get mine at local farm shops or on the markets. I tend to also buy a pineapple / melon to chop up and add the berries to them, makes the berries last much longer

I did it!! 3kg weights instead of baked beans and oh ... my ... god what a difference, it made it so much harder and certainly made me sweat and grunt much more! Think I will have sore arms tomorrow but no pain and all that!

well day 4 didn't go well for me, worked late and it is now 10.24pm and I haven't done day 4 :( so, I am taking this as a rest day and have arranged to leave work at 2pm tomorrow so I can get day 4 done sounds strange but have kinda missed Jillian today!
