I am 5'4" and 117 lbs. I still have fat to lose. I wear a size 2-4 in pants. I was 150 lbs when I started mfp. As far as "happy", I have been pretty "happy" since 135 lbs.

I am 5'4" and I weigh 117 lbs. I am not underweight. I still want to lose some body fat percentage. Now that you are in the healthy weight range (right in the middle of it) it is better to focus on body fat percentage. The only people who have commented to me that I am too skinny are overweight themselves. I think some…

Stomach and boobs. I have a little weight I still want gone from my stomach, but my boobs can stay. If only it worked that way.

I am 5'4". I started here in Feb 2012 at 150 lbs. I am now at 117 lbs. I have been trying to net around 1400 calories a day (my sedentary TDEE is 1550) because I still want to lose some fat. My question is how are you calculating your exercise calories? I noticed that mfp way over-estimated my calories burned from most…

Chips and queso or a blue cheese burger or coconut ice cream and sometimes some maker's mark. The theater I go to (Alamo Drafthouse) has a full menu and waiters. Also, sometimes I don't eat anything at all. Edit because I forgot the creme brulee.

I got a fitbit one a week ago and I love it. It is so much easier than trying to figure out my calorie burns. Fitbit's estimates are pretty close to what I had been estimating. I really like the altimeter function. I live in a 2 story house and go hiking a lot. It really helps me keep track of the intensity of my hikes.…

From my experience hiking a few times a week, I burn about 280 calories an hour. That is at moderate pace, up and down hills, with a pack. I am 5'4" and 117 lbs. I got that number by wearing a heart rate monitor a few times and watching how many calories I need to maintain my weight. I have a fitbit now, so I just let it…

My experience has been yes and no. I am also 5'4". When I was younger and weighed 115, I had a mild hour glass figure, but I don't know the measurements because I didn't think about that then. My weight crept up until last year at 28 I weighed 150. My measurements then were 38-33-38. I was more of an apple shape and I…

I do this, too. It's working so far.

Hi. I am 5'4" and 120lbs. I eat an average of 1550 net calories a day to maintain that weight. That assumes I will be sedentary and I log all my exercise and eat back those calories.

I am 5'4" and 120 lbs. I eat an average of 1550 calories a day. I have maintained this weight since October. If you want to lose more weight, I think your plan of 1400 should be good. I disagree with the above poster that it wouldn't be healthy to lose any more weight. Depending on your frame you could still lose a few…

I have been maintaining at 120 lbs since last October. I set my calorie goal to my sedentary tdee and I log all extra exercise (cleaning, shopping, sex). I estimate things like shopping as half the time walking 2 miles per hour. This method has worked for me as I have maintained since then. I don't bother with daily…

I am 5'4" and my current weight is around 122 lbs. I set mfp goal to 120 lbs, but I am not really aiming for that number specifically. I am mostly working on lowering fat and toning muscle. I think when I get my body fat percentage to where I like it, I will be 120-125 lbs. I started losing weight in February of this year…

This website looks interesting. http://onceamonthmom.com/ It gives instructions for making pretty cheap meals in advance so you can freeze them. If you have time on the weekends to make the meals, it really cuts down on work day cooking time. I haven't tried any of the recipes, but I think this site has potential.
