girls 5'4 at or close to goal, help please :)

hi girls, just wondering how many calories you eat and exercise you do to lose or maintain? im experimenting a bit to find what works for me, i only really want to lose 1-3 kgs of fat really, so would love to hear from you all :) thanks heaps in advance.

    Hi. I am 5'4" and 120lbs. I eat an average of 1550 net calories a day to maintain that weight. That assumes I will be sedentary and I log all my exercise and eat back those calories.

    I'm 5ft 5, 116lbs and I eat 1,600 calories a day. I have maintained my weight now for about 3 months. I never eat any of my exercise calories back though. Feel free to add me and check out my food diary if you like.

    thankyou :) im thinking i may try the same, and not eat exercise calories back and just lose the last couple slowly ?

    5'4" 110 pounds, I eat anywhere from 1550-1900 a day depending on my workouts. I've maintained for 9 years. I do like to keep the 40/30/30 ratio mostly.

    Yeah, that's what I would recommend. At least then you can work out how many calories you need to maintain as well. I was on 1200 when I started on MFP, I then upped it to 1,400 and then 1,600. Just try it and see what works for you :) my weight tends to fluctuate by a couple of pounds every week anyway! Ax

    I'm 5'3.5 and 134lbs. I want to lose another 10lbs. I currenlty eat 1370 cals and always eat my exercise calories back. I have a personal trainer who is a competitive triathlete who tells me that you should.

    I am still losing at present, albeit slowly. My view is it's not a race and I hope to keep chipping away at the final 10 for however long it takes.

    No idea what my maintenance calorie will be at the moment. It depends on my working out.

    I'm still 30lb from target at 5ft 5 and eat 1800 per day and lose 2lb per week, I'm fully expecting to be able to maintain at 2000 or above when I reach my target

    wow good for you :) i dont think i could eat that much and not put on weight :(

    I'm 5'3" and typically eat at 1200 and eat 80% of exercise calories back (when i do it, heh). I have 9lbs to go.

    I'm 5'4'' and close to my goal weight. I calculated my TDEE and cut 15% to lose slowly and keep my metabolism up.
    I currently eat around 1800 calories but don't eat exercise calories back.
