I buy flavored oatmeal from Acme. I buy the Dark Chocolate Flavor, and mix peanut butter with it. It tastes really good!

I realized what was at the root of my binging habits and why I was doing it. Once I knew that, I quit. I just flatout didn't do it anymore.

I like your attitude, so take advantage of it! I absolutely guarantee that you have things that you do that you can replace with exercise. Just little things, like a 30 minute TV show, going to bed a little later than usual, not sleeping in as late. You can do it!
