Howdy yall...I live right outside of Greenville but I was born and raised in Charlotte. It's hard to eat right in NC, but MFP has been a great tool for me!

Welcome to the MFP family! Take it 1 meal at a time and take baby steps to making lifestyle changes. I've been up here for 3 months and I've lost nearly 50 lbs since January so if I can do it anyone can :)

Apple Cinnamon Straws or Veggie Straws...one serving is 38 straws which is roughly 120 cals and 2g sugar. Make sure that you portion them out b/c don't do like I did the first time and eat them from the bag..they are addictively good :)
